According to the Presidential Decree No 1436 – Government Gazette B’/18.10.2005 the postgraduate programme MSc in Public Management “aims to promote knowledge and research in the field of public administration and governance of services”, in order to create high-level well trained executives, who can contribute effectively to “the improvement of the quality of all services”, as well as “the management, the competitiveness and the efficiency of the public sector”
